When I switch to SavvyShares, what happens to projects I’m currently taking under SurveySavvy and my referral credits?
When you switch your account to SavvyShares, all new surveys will take place under SavvyShares and you will no longer be able to start any SurveySavvy projects. Any projects previously started under SurveySavvy will continue and be paid through SurveySavvy as normal. Earned referral credits will also continue to be added to your SurveySavvy account. You can log into your SurveySavvy account to view your balance and request payment at any time. If you are using SavvyConnect, your monthly VIP participation credits will transfer to SavvyShares immediately.
You may not have received the activation email due to spam-blocking software used by your email program. If you have any spam-blocking software, please add the email addresses email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book or white-list. Doing this will ensure that you receive all SavvyShares invites and membership related email messages.
To login to your account select “Login” at the top right or bottom of the page. You can then select “Your Shares” to view shares, survey opportunities and activity. “Your Info” will show your registered name and other details. To make updates, please contact us at email@example.com.
No. There are absolutely no fees to join or participate in SavvyShares.
Earnings and Payments
Once dividends are paid you can elect to receive that money as a check. Redemption of shares is governed by the Purchaser Agreement you agreed to when joining SavvyShares.
You earn shares in two ways.
First, by having SavvyConnect installed and working on your computer, tablet and smart phone. You can have SavvyConnect on up to three different devices, i.e. one computer, one tablet and one phone. Shares are posted to your account monthly.
Second, you can also earn shares by taking surveys. The number of shares you earn for taking surveys is shown in the invitation to the survey.
Depending on the performance of the Company, the shares you own may be eligible to receive dividends in the future.

SavvyConnect respects Private Browsing modes. While enabled, no data is collected from the current browsing session. However, please note that extensive use of the private browsing modes may affect your participation status.
To enable Private Browsing please follow the instruction within your browser.
For computer extensions
Toggle off the “Enable Web Tracking and Opt-In to SavvyConnect VIP” switch via the SavvyConnect by SavvyShares extension page.
For Microsoft Edge and Firefox extensions disable the extension via the browser settings menu.
To disable the VPN on Android, simply use the “Pause VPN” feature via your notification panel. Data collection will then be suspended for 5 minutes or until you restart your device.
To disable the VPN on iOS, simply use the “Pause VPN” feature in the main menu (available in SavvyConnect v2.7+ only,) to temporally disable the SavvyConnect VPN for one hour.
You are sharing usage statistics about your online browsing activity. When you browse the internet as you normally would and you share things like how many searches you do and how long you spend on a web page.

Invitations to surveys are based on the number and type of people our clients want to hear from. We cannot predict how many surveys you will be invited to participate in.
To make sure you see the invitations sent to you take these steps: First, check your Bulk/Junk Mail folder for our survey invitations and use your email clients “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” buttons.
Second, please add the email addresses email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book or spam filter’s white list. Doing this will ensure that you receive all future SavvyShares invites and membership-related email messages.
Third, make sure you have activated your account. When you first register, we send you an activation email to verify your email address. If you did not receive this email, log in to your account and you will be presented with a tool to resend the activation email.
These questions are asked to ensure we are gathering opinions from a representative portion of the population. Our clients determine the demographics and characteristics of the people they want to interview for any given survey.
Surveys often include screener questions that determine whether a respondent matches our clients’ criteria and fits into an open quota group for that particular survey.
The survey may not open due to a pop-up blocker installed in your browser. Disable the pop-up blocker or hold down the CTRL key when using the survey link.
To obtain accurate and reliable information, we do not allow participants to go back and change answers to qualifying questions.
Our surveys are designed to gather opinions on a wide range of products and services based on our clients objectives. You may be asked your opinions on anything ranging from laundry detergent to automobiles; current events to computers. The client conducting the survey determines the topic and the qualifications for each of the surveys.
Various demographic groups are invited to surveys according to criteria established by our clients. If your profile matches the criteria for a specific survey, we will invite you via email to participate. If you qualify for and complete the survey, we will credit your SavvyShares account for the amount promised in your invitation.
We appreciate your participation in the SavvyShares online community and encourage you to remain an active member. If there is something we can do to make your SavvyShares experience a better one, please let us know. If you still wish to stop participating, please visit our Unsubscribe page. Once you unsubscribe, we will no longer send you survey invitations.
There is no way to ensure that you will qualify for a survey. Our clients determine qualification requirements. It is best to keep your information up-to-date and make sure you’re able to receive the survey email invitations by adding email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
